Shaaz Khan

Shaaz Khan is an investment professional with 10 years of transaction experience across private equity and investment banking. Prior to Bluestone, he spent eight years as a member of the investment team at Wellspring Capital, a middle market private equity firm based in New York City. While there, he handled all aspects of the M&A process, including business and third party diligence, raising debt financing, and transaction structuring & documentation. Post-acquisition, Khan served on the board of portfolio companies to assist in driving value creation.

Before joining Wellspring, Khan was an Analyst at RBC Capital Markets, where he worked in the leveraged finance group. During his time at RBC, he worked on acquisition financing raises, refinancings and repricings for sponsor and corporate clients across a range of industries.

Khan graduated cum laude from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a BSc. in Economics and Finance.
