Elaina Norman is an Associate at Bluestone Equity Partners.

Prior to joining Bluestone, Norman was an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) group where she advised on a range of media and software-focused M&A transactions, leveraged buyouts, debt financings and equity offerings.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, Norman attended Southern Methodist University (SMU), where she graduated magna cum laude with a B.B.A. in Finance. While there, she was a Don Jackson Fellow in the EnCap Investment & LCM Group Alternative Asset Management Center (Alts), which focuses on the practice of investment banking and private equity. Additionally, she served as President and Founder of the Women in Investing Club at SMU.
